1. What is your return policy?
If you would like to return/exchange an item please email us at bohodrift@gmail.com. You have 30 days from placing your order to submit a return/exchange. All returns/exchanges must be in new condition. New condition means unworn, unwashed, no alterations and free of damage (damage includes perfumes or odors, make-up or deodorant stains).
All items marked ‘CLEARANCE’ are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Original tags must still be attached.

2. How long will it take for my order to ship?
You’re order will ship from our Utah office within 1-3 business days (M-F, excluding holidays) unless otherwise stated by us at checkout. Then depending on your location within the USA, your order should arrive within 2-5 business days after being shipped.

3. What if I need my order sooner than Standard Shipping (2-5 days)?
Please email us at bohodrift@gmail.com before placing your order so we can discuss shipping options. Faster USPS shipping will require higher shipping cost and a personalized invoice from BohoDrift will need to be emailed to you.

4. What shipping you courier do you use?
Typically ship through United States Postal Service (USPS).

5. Do you ship internationally?
We ship to the United States, Australia & Canada.

6. Can I track my package?
Yes, a tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your package has shipped.

7. Why isn’t my tracking number working?
Please allow 24-48 hours for USPS to update tracking information.

8. Where are you located?
We are in Clinton, Utah.

9. Do you have a retail location?
Not currently but we hope to eventually! We do local Pop-Up Shops at boutiques and fairs frequently, follow us on Facebook to learn about our upcoming vendor events.

10. Can I pick up my order if I’m local?
Yes. Please email us at bohodrift@gmail.com before placing your order so you don’t get charged shipping.

11. I placed an order but didn’t get a confirmation email, what do I do?
Most likely you entered your email address incorrectly. Please email us at bohodrift@gmail.com to confirm your order and we can verify your email address.

12. Can I cancel my order?
You must email us at bohodrift@gmail.com to cancel within 24 hours. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled. 

13. What happens if my order doesn’t arrive?
Please email us at bohodrift@gmail.com if your package hasn’t arrived within 7 business days of order date. Once we turn your purchase over to a delivery service, we are no longer responsible for it. We are not responsible for products lost or stolen in transit, this includes lost or stolen returns. We do not offer insurance on our packages. We are unable to offer refunds or replacements if shipped products do not arrive. Please email us at bohodrift@gmail.com and we can try to help you locate your package.

14. What happens if I entered an incorrect shipping address?
If your address was entered incorrectly, please email us at bohodrift@gmail.com so we can update it before your package ships. If your package ships, and is then returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will then email you to obtain an alternative address and email you an invoice for the new shipping charges. Please be aware of this especially when changing your residence since couriers do not always forward packages as you would hope.

15. What should I do if I received a damaged item?
Please email us at bohodrift@gmail.com with pictures of the damaged product. You must email us within 14 days from order date about the damaged item. Damaged items MUST otherwise still be in new condition. New condition means unworn, unwashed, no alterations and free of personal damage (damage includes perfumes or odors, make-up or deodorant stains).

16. How long does it take for me to receive a refund?
Once we receive a returned item, please allow 5-7 business days for your refund to post to your personal account.

17. Do you offer gift cards?
Please contact us at bohodrift@gmail.com if you’re interested in purchasing a gift card.

18. Why am I being charged shipping?
Orders of $5 USD or more qualify for FREE SHIPPING. Products/orders totaling $4.99 USD or less will be charged $2.99 for shipping. 

19. I cannot find the answer to my question, how do I reach customer service? 
Email us at bohodrift@gmail.com and we'll try to respond within 24 hours.
